Overall Satisfaction with BILL Spend & Expense

We use Bill Spend & Expense for frequent travel employees. The Divvy card provides convenience and flexibility for Finance to manage and monitor each user's transactions in a daily basis. And we require each user to complete his or her transactions within a weekly basis. They can also issue virtual cards for different purposes.

Pros

  • To monitor each user's daily transactions
  • To adjust each user's budget at any time
  • To issue virtual card for different purposes

Cons

  • Sometime the system has errors that not able to sync transactions to financial software
  • mileage reimbursement only uses one rate
  • have to pay foreign exchange fees
  • Sometime system has error performances
  • Can earn rewards points for company
  • Customer support is very helpful
The Divvy card provides convenience and flexibility for Finance to manage and monitor each user's transactions at any time. User can issue many virtual cards for different purposes. Transactions can be easily approved. Since we can monitor transaction closely, fraud can be prevented effectively. Mobile app is user friendly and safe.
We also used other credit cards for employee to use, such as bank issued credit card or Capital One issued credit card, so far Divvy Card is the best one. Users have very positive using experience. Accounting is also happy with this card since it is easy to manage and control each one's budget.

We have been using the Divvy card as our major company card since May 2024. All the users seem like the card. The Divvy card provides convenience and flexibility for Finance to manage and monitor each user's transactions in a daily basis. They can also issue virtual cards for different purposes.

    Thank you for supplying feedback on Spend & Expense! We absolutely love that you are enjoying the ability to monitor each user's daily transactions, adjust their budget at any time and be able to issue a virtual card for all different reasons. We are sorry for any trouble you have had with syncing, only having the option for one rate for mileage reimbursement and having to pay foreign exchange fees. Customer feedback is valuable to us as we like to hear about what is working well for our customers and what needs improvement.
