We began using Birdeye a few years ago to improve our profile and encourage patients to review our medical office so we knew what we were doing correctly and places we can improve.
- Set up was easy
- Customer Support if very knowledgeable and helpful
- So far there is nothing I can see Birdeye improving upon. I would just want to make sure they keep up on the newest most successful platforms available.
- We have seen improved ratings
- No negative impact to report
We have not used any other products other than Birdeye and very satisfied.
