I use Birdeye to help small businesses across the USA build their reputation online. I work with hundreds of different companies, all different business vertices and every single one of them benefit from using this system. From getting reviews, to responding to those reviews, and monitoring their online reputation. Birdeye is something I would recommend to any business owner, especially those small business owners.
