Birdeye is great if you have to manage many profiles across different review sites. I, personally, don't find it necessary if you're only managing one single profile.

Birdeye Support

In my experience, it really depends on the representative you get. I feel like some care and some don't care at all. I'm under the impression that most support calls turn into a sales-y situation, which, in my opinion, can be annoying.
