Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

I use Birdeye every day for my spa. I was getting all kinds of messages from social media, and Birdeye put all of those in one inbox. Also, I can pre-post on social media as far as I want in advance. That is a game-changer! It helps out a lot too because I am able to send surveys to customers as well as to employees. Also, Aditya, who is my representative, is great at explaining things to me and walks me through any questions I have with patience. I recommend Birdeye to everyone I meet!

The customer service is excellent. I’ve never once had a problem with the company, but I feel if I did, it would be resolved very quickly. And the fact that I have so many reviews! I don’t like reviews that are fake and computer generated so it makes me happy that mine are genuine.

Using Birdeye

It’s pretty easy for me because I’m pretty computer illiterate. Anything that I don’t get, my representative will walk me through step by step. I don’t have to wait until our monthly meetings if I have a question, I can email or call and it will get resolved right away
