Help to use to get new reviews on our website as well as increase referrals

It seems to offer more services than other programs, but is also more to get started than other programs I was looking into

It seems to work well in regards to getting reviews. The user interface can be a little confusing and not straight forward.

Using Birdeye

It seems pretty well set up, but not super easy to use. It could do a better job at making things more straightforward and easy to understand as well as making things more functional to where anyone can understand what they're doing.
