Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use Birdeye to collect reviews from our customers in general and after events. We like to gain feedback on their satisfaction with our product. We like to know what kind of experience they had at our in-person training and training online and what we can do to improve their experience with us.

After an in-person training, we send out an option for every customer who attended to give their feedback on how it went. We appreciate feedback as a way to grow and learn and engage with our customers. We also use it as a referral for potential customers who may be on the fence.
