We use Birdeye for review management, review requests, website chat and for mass emails.

Podium also has issues with account management and customer service. They are comparable but Birdeye has a better review request interface and reporting than Birdeye.

Birdeye is fantastic at collecting reviews. Their review request emails are very customer friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
