We enhanced our Google platforms using Birdeye for reviews and integrated it with Payzerware to make it all more efficient, we just sit back and watch our review score grow on Google and other platforms.
- They integrated everything with our dispatching software for us
- The review requests go to the customer's phone within minutes after their appointment ends
- It follows up with customers in case they forget to leave a review
- Perpetual Billing is still changing so it's hard to keep up with the changes
- Great for generating communication as well as reviews
