Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye
Tried to use it for reputation management and local listings. Had many issues using their services for our clients and asked several times to be let out of our 1-year contract early. They worked with us only after our contract ended to make things right. I hope in the future they are more responsive to customer complaints and concerns ahead of time, and I hope they implement some of our many points of feedback to make their products more useable.

- Local Listings (OK but not great)
Cons
- Review Management - in our experience, reviews don't sync, EMR integration doesn't work
- Local listings were easy to set up and generally worked well.
