Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

We use it in our organization as the first line of protection on all our hardware. We have been able to stop viruses and also be able to protect our employees. This product has been the best thing for defending against the attacks that are currently happening in the Cyberworld today. With the continued use of BD Gravityzone, I know that our organization is protected and I can rely on the tool to be there so I don't have to monitor it all the time.

We were using McAfee and it just caused issue after issue and so now with BD GZ we do not have to worry about machine lock up or even the issues of updates as BD keep the software updated with the latest information that we need to ensure our customer are protected.

I like it and have referred it to several colleagues across the industry. This continues to be the go-to product for us and will be as it has already did what is was bought for time and time over again. The work that BD GravitZone does is exactly what we needed it to do and with some of the newer features that are coming out this will help propel the application forward for us in Cuber protection.

Evaluating Bitdefender GravityZone and Competitors

Yes - McAfee and all the bolt-on from the product as it was a constant daily struggle of McAfee locking up and causing issues.

BD Gravity zone has been a great product and we have not experienced any issues that have come up as unresolvable. Everything that we purchased is exactly as it was pitched and is how it works for our customer base and on our equipment. If I could add one thing it is to have a really good working business case as that will help your pitch for getting it purchased.
Added more stakeholders and a couple of business users to help with testing and to ensure that with the additional users that the feedback is provided as we do the onboarding and that the information is relayed to the installation team for efficiency and for ensuring clarity with the business team.

Bitdefender GravityZone Support

I have had zero issues with support. In fact they went over and beyond for us when we called in.
