Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

We switched from Malwarebytes to Bitdefender a few months ago for a litany of reasons. Reason one was cost and ease of use. Malwarebytes is inexpensive, but I had to have multiple licenses to install on each device and manage all of those licenses individually. With Bitdefender it is all in one license and I no longer need to view multiple licenses. The other main reason I switched was to be able to utilize patch management and keep everything updated without having to rely on end users to do so.

Pros

  • Ease of Use.

Cons

  • Cost.
  • No training with new purchase.
  • Keeps everything updated.
  • Keeps us protected.
  • Works for end users and servers.
They all seem to do a decent job at stopping attacks, but for the cost and features I felt I could not go wrong selecting Bitdefender while I was comparing the others.
Decent amount of knowledgebase articles online, but no real training or support while setting up the system.

The patch management aspect as well as the one license model have been the saving grace for us. I no longer have to pick and choose various licenses to install on a new machine and everything is viewable from one place. It was easy to install, but there are still features that I haven't tried because I haven't had the time to look at how to do it.
