Bitochon is being used by the sales team to map their leads and conversions, to use analytics for the same, it is working across various platforms, the sourcing team to operations team to accounts team, has been integrated in terms of the unique ids created in bitochon, it has made the work of sales person really easy and has reduced wastages and in all has worked towards a lean environment, it reduces the time taken to cross reference and has ease of access of all the data, it has the adequacy to deal with any queries that pertain to specific client, location or a sales person, over all it is a fine user experience.
Pros

Cons
- Has a bit of redundancy and data duplicity problems, different employees can make duplicate entries for same clients
- Sometimes non-responsive glitches appear
- Different users see different data for same clients sometimes
- Has really improved the productivity of the entire sales channel and operations team
- Ease for accounts and other software integration
- Improves overall interconnectivity of all departments
Bitochon stacks up almost equally with zoho in most of the applications and functions for the sales team although zoho has better dashboard management and ease of analytics as compared to bitochon but bitochon stacks up easily as the better one in terms of api integration and ease of operation.
