Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

We are a live event and video production company that works with clients to pull off their live, virtual and hybrid events. Bizzabo has become to one stop shop platform that we use for our virtual and hybrid events. It is very helpful for what we do for our clients as the customization and ease of use is great, however I do think that some of the programming could be clunky and there are some back end issued that we seem to run into each event.

  • There really needs to be a way to gate off events from users who should not be able to access the platform. We have run into this issue for every event and our clients who use Bizzabo really need these events secured.
  • Sometimes when there are new and upcoming features these features tend to be clunky and do not run super efficient. I think some more people need to talk together on Bizzabo's side to ensure that as the platform continues to grow, functionality and accessibility to not suffer.

  • Since we have only used Bizzabo for a year we are still learning and figuring out the nuances of it but I would say that one thing it has done is impressed our current clients which makes them want to continue to work with us.

  • It has cut a third party out of the system as we have our own dedicated platform to use and do not have to rely on a separate agency to use a different platform.
We have enjoyed our experience with Bizzabo better than the other platforms we have used. The website capability and easy of setting up a stream is great. The only thing that I thought PheedLoop did better was their integration of Zoom. Outside of that Bizzabo has a better service for a better price in my opinion.

Bizzabo has been a great platform service for what we do with our clients. It is incredible for virtual and hybrid events and the price at which it is offered seems to be reasonable as well. I do think that Bizzabo needs to focus on keeping up with the fast paced trends of the virtual and hybrid event world while at the same time ensuring their product is still up to their high standards and not glitchy or buggy.
