Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

Bizzabo helped us create virtual events during the early phases of covid-19. It was a tool for us to Livestream thought leadership while also capturing attendee data. It would've been way too difficult to host a 5-day virtual event over Zoom, and the other tool we had used captured only live viewer count, nothing specific. So we knew we wanted a place to host the virtual content (both live, simulive, and on-demand) and make it easy for us to analyze the performance. The other key items we looked for were a tool that integrated with Marketo, speaker engagement, networking capabilities amongst attendees, sponsorship opportunities, and an easy transition to implement the software within a couple of months.
  • Constant product updates
  • Integrates with Marketo - pretty flexible too
  • Engagement within the virtual event (speaker Q&A, reactions, networking opps with other attendees, and more)
  • The amount of data they provide is amazing
  • The new attendee venue is a little confusing for attendees
  • The backend can be difficult to navigate at first sight
  • Virtual networking between attendees - they're still working on improving this though!
  • Open integration (specifically because of Marketo)
  • Livestream, simulive, and on-demand options
  • Attendee engagement tools (networking, Q&A, comments, and reactions)
  • We had over 11,000 registrants for our very first virtual event
  • Bizzabo is helping us become a thought-leader in our industry
We chose Bizzabo because of its integration with Marketo. There were a few other items we liked more about Bizzabo at the time, too: multiple sessions at once for us to create breakout sessions, the pricing structure of Bizzabo, and the implementation time. We knew it would be more intense with Bizzabo, but they were still able to meet the implementation window that we had initially.

For a 100% virtual event, Bizzabo is wonderful. We've been able to host multi-day events within Bizzabo for thousands of attendees. Whether we're hosting breakout sessions with smaller attendance in each or a keynote with thousands, it works. It wasn't the best for us when we did an in-person company event. It ended up being an expensive tool for just a website. If we had done a hybrid event, then Bizzabo would've been great! Anytime we can use the virtual components, then I think Bizzabo is the way to go.
