Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

We use Bizzabo primarily for interactive online digital events, including streamed events, watch parties, and live readings and discussions.

Bizzabo is incredibly important for us in developing our online community. Before signing with the platform, we struggled with our digital events and content appearing at arms-length from the company, but using Bizzabo has now solved this issue by allowing the events to be so personalized and embedded in our website and for people to use their profiles for events again and again.

Pros

  • Easy to use and very intuitive back-end
  • Good, personalized customer service
  • Range of digital options

Cons

  • I am hoping that one day there will be a way to stream whilst also having webcams for audience members simultaneously (i.e., a blend of the interact and stream options). The blending of these two options would really take it to the next level for us.
  • Variety of choice of options (stream/interact/webinar options.)
  • Ability to embed on our website, personalize the event website embed it so that our Bizzabo events appear seamlessly alongside all our other activities.
  • Great customer service and help!
  • Great audience development and response - it has given us the ability to build our audience who may only be able to interact with us online
  • Further our reach, engagement with different communities/sponsors

Bizzabo is a great tool for innovative live events where you want to interact with your audiences in real-time (either an entirely digital event or a hybrid event).

For really large conferences where you want to be able to see a large number of people on a screen at the same time and want their active interaction it is perhaps less well suited - small to medium events are probably best here!
