Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is a great flexible tool for events. We've mainly used it for virtual events but have used it for some hybrid events as well. It has great customization, is event user-friendly, and is easy to use. I love being able to pull attendance, engagement, and reviews for the events. Our event attendees like it too. There are other event platforms we looked at that have a lot of bells and whistles but really distract from that actual event. I like Bizzabo because it is clean and easy to use.

We currently use Aventri for some event registrations but like the interface of Bizzabo more. We chose Bizzabo over Cvent, Whova, and others for ease of use, customization, and pricing.

It is great for virtual and hybrid events. It is easy to navigate both as the conference organizer and the attendee.
