Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
Our organization uses Bizzabo for almost all of our event needs; registrations, session selections, speaker/talent/exhibitor/sponsor contracting and document management, on-site check-in, badge printing, session scanning, event app, etc. It has become almost our one and only tool for events. We also recently started using Bizzabo instead of Zoom for staff meetings for our remote team members.

- Bizzabo's email tool could use a good update to allow for more customization and easier functionality.
- Bizzabo's survey and polls tool could also use an update to allow for easier use of selected audiences, more customization, easier duplication, and better alerts and confirmations.
- It would make Bizzabo's registration tool even better if you were able to easily sell add-on tickets and group tickets (without every registrant's name at the time of check-out)

Bizzabo has been, hands down, the best multipurpose event system we have used. It is very user-friendly and has a lot of helpful tools.
