Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry

I use Blackbaud eTapestry primarily for our newsletters and thank you letters to donors.
The database and personas that can be attached help us keep track of who
we have been in contact with and when they have last
volunteered/donated. I love the ability to add notes to a profile, but
that is currently the only way I've been able to track my volunteers
rather than it actually having its own tracking system.

Yes

I like its ability to show how many accounts don't have email addresses or have opted out of our mailing. When printing and mailing out thank you cards, it offers the option to make a note of the contact, but since I sometimes go back and forth before officially mailing it out, it's not always accurate but could be if there was an "initiated" option and then a follow-up option that confirms the offline action was completed.
