Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
We use the CRM to track information, donations and mass communications.

- provide dashboards
- ease of use
- notes section - currently lives in journal section which you have to search for
- lack of ability to set reminders that will email or pop up
- query issues

- donor management
- That's not really my department but I know we are currently looking into other CRMs because of lack of ability in many aforementioned areas
