Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and RE to monitor, access, and indicate donors and potential donors in our school community, alumni community, and other potential supporters. With NXT, we mostly use donor management tools as well as reporting tools. NXT is also a great way to share reports with the board and head of school.

When using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for a gift search, it does not always accurately list constituents and has trouble giving the user easy-to-access tools to specific information needed. We often run reports in RE and compare them with NXT reporting in order to provide a more detailed analysis. NXT needs an easier "query" function.
