Overall Satisfaction with Blackboard

  • Easy to Navigate.
  • Gives notifications on log-in.
  • Classes and relevant information is seen on log-in.
  • Grade, posts, and other notifications do not automatically deactivate when clicked. The notification stays there. It takes several clicks to clear. Suggestion would be to make it a one-click deactivation for notifications.
  • Some notifications at log-in can not be dismissed. Please allow all notifications to be dismissed by users.
  • Increased employee efficiency by easy navigation.
  • Increased user communication.
Blackboard provides everything that is needed to be a successful user. This includes the admin side where you just upload a document, create courses, and add content. There is no huge mess that is left. The learning curve is small, but well worth it. I was able to learn the system within days. It's a very effective and efficient program.

Using Blackboard

There is no lag from the system and the customer service team is extremely helpful.
