Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

We use BlackLine for our balance sheet reconciliations. It connects directly to our GL and pulls in the balances that we need to reconcile to. This greatly reduces the margin for human error.

Cons

  • Sometimes our connector doesn't pull in subledgers properly
  • Saves time
  • Tracking task completions
We are able to contact our support team and get help quickly.
We have not used these items.
I have used Cadency in a past job and it worked but does not integrate as well as BlackLine does.
