Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

Account reconciliations, month end close checklists, details and supporting documentation repository for an audit trail. Creates a suite of controls and control framework that is compliant with audit standards. Have used it in preparer, reviewer and admin roles and find it’s a great system that is auditable and pretty user friendly and not hard to pick up if your unfamiliar with systems similar to BlackLine.

In my opinion, it’s not the best in terms of resources that are knowledgeable and ready to assist on demand
It’s improved month end close and audit support repository and controls.

It’s robust audit support and checklists are valuable and user friendly. Its not hard to learn and provides a control framework that’s acceptable by auditors.
