Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

We have a couple of years working with BlackLine App, mainly to run account reconciliation and journal creation, it has help to streamline our processes, as single repository of documentation and to keep more visibility over our records.

Agents often needs a lot of detail to understand the case and the resolution time is extended.

BlackLine is a very user friendly tool, for both Admins and end Users; to use journal module brings a lot of automation and centralized efforts while Account Reconciliation helps to get some standardization when working with multiple ERPs
