Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
We use the following modules: account reconciliations, journal entries, tasks, and matching. The main problems we face are around user adoption and automation and integration throughout the modules.

- Mass volumes if data for matching
- User deletions for matching not being done in bulk
- Evaluations only being subject to all or nothing
- Auto-certification tracking
- Being able to source multiple currency rates needs to be improved
- SAP connector getting real-time results is extremely valuable
The partnership with our strategic account manager is great for this journey However, we aren't seeing proactive responses from our Customer Success Manager on how to get ahead of our roadmap items, and they are reactive to when we ask for an update. This will be an instrumental change needed to make sure we are meeting our deadlines and enhancing what additional features we can explore.
BlackLine is more advanced with the SAP Connector that we are using from a timing perspective. Being a global company, they couldn't meet our volume requirements that we set forward.
The API functionality is one that was very important to our landscape, and they weren't ready for us from a timing perspective.
