Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang

I have established the use of Bloomerang at both this job and a previous one. We use Bloomerang to track our donors and volunteers and the support they provide our nonprofit. In both positions, it was necessary that the software be USER-friendly, NOT cumbersome, and incredibly nimble. Bloomerang completely addressed the issues of ease of use yet still provide a robust mechanism to track relevant information.
  • Training- this is BEYOND anything I've been provided by other software companies. They are responsible and even proactive in what they offer.
  • Ease of use. You can self train. You aren't frustrated by needless steps or confusing instructions. I have always said that I could train someone in 15 minutes or less on Bloomerang, and the rest would be intuitive.
  • I'd like to match photos of donors from the Facebook account. I can do it with Twitter, but not everyone tweets. And not everyone uses Facebook, so actually, how about more upload functions?
Seriously? Bloomerang is the top of the stack. I can't even see where the other two are. Again- it's ease of use, security and sanity.
Is there an 11? How about a 12? I tell everyone to dump their current software and switch to Bloomerang. It's easy, I don't worry about someone learning how to use it, and it does what I need it to. Why invest in a software program that is just going to CONTINUALLY cost you money, time, effort and negative emotions every time a staff person leaves and you have to retrain someone? Why beat your head on the wall with old school relics? Dump them. It interfaces beautifully with Stripe, which works well with our website. They keep adding more features. What is not to love?
