Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang

It is used by our non-profit to manage donor information and volunteers. It provides detailed reports, accuracy in providing tax letters and an up to date clear list of supporters.
  • The software is intuitive.
  • The reports are easy to produce and modify to fit the search requirements.
  • Online support is fast and provides clear guidance.
  • Multiple year pledge tracking.
  • The drop down menu near names on the left so it is is easier click.
Bloomerang is by far a better product for us. The cost, ease of reporting, intuitiveness of the program are the things we appreciate the most.
It is perfectly suited for our small non-profit. We rely on the data tracking and ability to create reports.
