Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire to run our company-wide platform called Lap of Love University. This is where we store all of the information, tutorials, verbiage, updates, doctor information, etc. Anything you need to know can be found here.

Pros

  • When creating a new post, I love that is always saves the drafts so you can pick back up from where you left off and don't have to stress about losing anything.
  • I love how well it searches our database.
  • I love that we're able to customize everything to make our Lap of Love University look exactly like other platforms and website.

Cons

  • When creating a new post, it is extremely difficult to work with the formatting within a post, especially if starting from scratch.
  • Increased team productivity.
  • Increased team knowledge.
  • Increased employee satisfaction.

I think Bloomfire is perfectly suited for a database for storing information, being able to search and reference what you're looking for effortlessly. I've yet to run into a scenario that Bloomfire was not suited for.
