Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

All of the support team use it.

Pros

  • Helping keep track of client information.
  • Organizing appointments.
  • Chatting with Google so the process is seamless.

Cons

  • Sometimes is glitchy when asking it to move from one type of appointment to another.
  • I believe it helps us work more efficiently because multiple people can access and work in the same areas.

I love that it communicated with Google Calendar to help us with scheduling. The search option is also very helpful in finding clients and their pets.
