Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

It is used an education tool where article, information, pdfs can be used to promote self education and self help through the work day. It helps with creating standards as well as provided answers to questions the may become repetitive. Its ability to easily updated is helpful with any changes that may come up.

It may not be suited for specifics or areas that need quick response to a details issue, but it allow information to be provided quickly and routinely making it easy to use and teach numerous people at once. This of course helps with proficiency int he work place and people to self educate.
