Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We utilize Bloomfire as a hub and one-stop-shop for all of our organizational documents. Each program has a section where manuals, policies, forms, and all important documents are uploaded and safely kept for the everyday business processes.

Pros

  • One-stop-shop for ease of storing and finding important documents.
  • Communication hub to keep important information up to date.
  • Cloud-based so easily accessible anywhere.

Cons

  • Not as user friendly.
  • Not as straightforward and requires a lot of clicking through folders to get to your destination.
  • Increased productivity by easy access to information.
  • Increased communication in the evolution of documents and policies.

Wasn't involved in the selection process. Bloomfire allowed for more im-depth storage.
Bloomfire is well suited for organizations that require a lot of manuals and policies to run and they constantly get updated. Good to keep everyone in possession of the lost updated information. Least appropriate for organizations with more straightforward purpose and minimal documentation.
