Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We are utilizing [Bloomfire] as a communication tool, that distributes results and critical information out to a wide audience. The product is mostly used by operations. It addresses the common problem of WFH, (How do we get information out quickly to a large audience). It is a great tool to also interact, be a knowledge repository, celebrating wins, and set reminders for people on utilizing the tool.
  • Extremely good with tracking and usage analytics
  • Good user interface
  • Easy to navigate
  • Currently don't see a way to recover delete posts easily
  • Hard to understand settings
  • Difficulty changing the interface
  • Increased teams awareness of ever changing workflows during Covid 19
  • Great tool to inform large amounts of people quickly
  • Great for helping support fun loving culture

Anywhere you need mass communications for many people that are Work from home, this tool would be great! Needing to have items sent out at a certain time? Bloomfire has you! However, if you are needing a robust chatroom and real-time items, bloom fire could use some work on this. Think of it as a great static forum but not a dynamic robust one that can be as interactive in real-time as others.
