Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire provides us a centralized location to house our research and market intelligence information.
  • Great onboarding process.
  • The tool itself is very user friendly.
  • Excellent communication from Bloomfire team on developments being rolled out.
  • Proactive support for the community.
  • I really don't see how they can do anything better.
  • Facilitated communication of key inter-departmental information.
  • Broke down information silos.
  • Saves time when looking for a specific document on traditional networks thanks to the great search functionality.

Well suited for centralizing reports, presentations, marketing information, or probably any other type of information that needs to be easily searchable and available to large groups of people. Not well suited in my opinion for sharing raw data with people who do not know how to use it. Pieces that are very timely in the sense that it would increase the work of the admin on the account to remove the information to keep things as current as possible.
