Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire is being used within the organization to communicate disposition on questions being asked from IT and Tax Department. It was also being used to communicate tax updates or updates to the system or if there was a system outage. Bloomfire made it easy to keep updated on a daily basis.
- When we called into corporate for help. We would get a message back from the support on the disposition of our conversation
- Bloomfire was also used by corporate to help keep both corporate offices and franchised offices update on current issues.
- Overall Bloomfire was an asset to the company. I did not find any areas that really needed improvement.

I am new to these types of systems and Bloomfire has been the first of its kind that I have used. However from whay I have experienced with Bloomfire I would highly recommend it to others. I am planning on starting my own small business and would consider using Bloomfire
