Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is our customer data platform used for various use cases (i.e. share a coupon, welcome messages, etc...) across our international company. We are also considering this platform for AB tests.

- their exams were not user friendly
- Measurability on the success of our use cases
Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud provided a more competitive licensing arrangement and their ability to integrate our source data was the best. They were also the most willing to complete a POC with us; the other two vendors were very lethargic and eventually denied our request for a POC.
Within a month of a test environment, we deployed our first use case for production six months after licensing. The delay was due to our internal technology team's capacity. If we didn't have the capacity issue, we'd have been in production within 2 - 3 months.
