Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use it for e-mail marketing and Bloomreach easily ensures the best deliverability at top speeds. It allows us to create user-friendly dashboards to keep the key departments informed about the relevant KPIs at all times and the automation feature is very powerful and easy to use to greatly reduce the user churn we had.

Customer support is always readily available through a messenger service where they reply very promptly and clearly. If there is a technical issue, they escalate it right away, and always gets fixed extremely quickly. After all these years we only ever had 1 technical issue where we couldn't log in for like 10 minutes. They're the best.
Data management is extremely easy with Bloomreach; we can easily manage our user lists, segment them in any way we could possibly need to, and use that to create powerful (yet extremely easy to set up) automated workflows to ensure proper onboarding of our users for best retention rates and minimum user churn.

Bloomreach has a huge potential if properly explored and used for all the multi-channel marketing it offers. If you're just looking for a simple e-mail service provider, then this might not be the product for you. But if you need multi-language campaigns, reliable deliverability, and responsive templates with no need for HTML knowledge, then this is the right product.
