Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

We use Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization as our CDP and CRM, the comms platform for both customer comms on push and email and web personalisation. it is also used for all our transactional emails sent through the app and online for all purchases.

  • Reduction in time to carry out workflows
This is the best support I have seen in a SAAS platform
The live chat support within campaign setup is incredibly helpful and solves most problems there and then, and we have great account management too
Automating workflows has saved us from a lot of manual implementation, especially around new store openings.
The support was much stronger and the sales process far more straightforward.

We moved from Emarsys which was a poor platform

Very well suited for teams looking for a quick to implement platform, and who use development teams to integrate other systems as its very good for that as well.

Works well with smaller teams and those without dedicated data engineering teams too.
