Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Since we are using BlueJeans we do not need anymore to set up specific meeting rooms, users can schedule meetings with autonomy and we really appreciate the interoperability of this product.
It's been used across the whole organization, the "delegation feature" it is very appreciated.
With the Premium account it is possible to use the dial in calls feature in almost every country.
Very easy to use, intuitive and fast. In some cases we experienced a bad quality meeting, but satisfaction is over 90%.

  • Usability - from Mac to PC, Android to iOS, it is very easy to use.
  • Multipoint - Can connect to all other direct IP video system without problems.
  • Delegation - This feature is very useful, the P.A. can schedule meeting in autonomy avoiding overlay problems.
  • They should improve customization of welcome messages.
  • They should improve POP's node across Europe in order to provide more quality services.
  • Sometimes support takes too long to answer and solve the problems.
  • Positive feedback by users
All scenarios where you may need a flexible video conferencing cloud based system.
We are using it in a law firm and this allows our users to follow any meeting from anywhere.
It can easily be adopted beside existing solutions such as Polycom or Cisco VC Systems.
Interoperability is great, you can easily switch from video conference to phone dial in within the same meeting.
