Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Our team is located in NYC, London, and SF, on a good day. A clear simple video conference we can use from any device is necessary for us to act as a team and meet regularly. BlueJeans has been invaluable for these meetings.

Pros

  • Simple interface
  • Impressive bandwidth
  • Access on all devices.

Cons

  • It's hard to justify cost with Google suite options that are mostly crap, but free.
  • A web interface instead of an app would be useful for one time investor calls
  • Better communication
  • More professional outside contact
Hangouts is useful and free and works great between startups. As soon as you talk to a real person, they wonder why you don't have net meetings. BlueJeans made us look good.
High bandwidth and local call ins were key. We were impressed with the ease of access, and surprised by the call quality even in rough areas.
