Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We have been using BlueJeans successfully to execute virtual classes in and out of state. We are a small company and we have students all over as well as our 2 partners. They also teach from different states. This platform has worked for us to be able to include both instructors and a variety of students live and virtually.

Pros

  • The large screen shows the current person talking. This lets our viewers see the instructors or someone asking a particular question clearly.

Cons

  • We always tend to have a bit of a delay.
  • We teach Dance with Your Dog and Work Out with Your Dog classes. My co-choreographer lives in a different state and comes here in person every couple of months. BlueJeans allows us to do weekly classes and bring him in virtually. I am the canine expert and he is the human expert so the classes need both of us. We couldn't do it without a virtual platform to help us.
  • BlueJeans also allows us to advertise to different areas and have people join us virtually and take the classes from the comfort of their homes!
BlueJeans offers more features and has better connectivity.
It is very easy to set up meetings, add participants and give sign on links when necessary.
I think in general preparation meetings BlueJeans works great! When we are doing exercise work or dance work, one-on-one works great, but multiple people can become a bit of a challenge.
