Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used for our main video conferencing solution for all users in all departments. Our client sales and marketing tend to use it the most with our IT department using it as much. We chose BlueJeans in order to begin sunsetting of our Cisco VCS architecture and due to continued issues with Skype for Business connections with non-federated external users. BlueJeans allows us to continue to take calls with clients using room systems and allow us to talk to clients who don't have them.
- ease of use
- compatibility with other systems
- good UI
- network stability
- video quality/compression could be better for lower bandwidth connections
- we're saving money on travel
- we're able to allow our Cisco VCS coverage to lapse
- our newer conference rooms don't require expensive hardware to work
WebEx was less intuitive and didn't have as good SIP bridging capabilities
Zoom was cheaper, but didn't have white glove service
GoToMeeting wasn't up to the same caliber for UI or bridging or customer service
Skype for Business has persistent problems in our environment connecting to outside sources.
