It's being used internally with colleagues and externally with customers and partners, nationally and internationally.
- Stability of connection.
- Good app on mobile phone.
- Easy to connect directly.
- Setting up a conference call.
- Adding email addresses to the conference call while setting it up (why isn't it possible to "cut and paste"?).
- Money saved on travel.
- Customer confidence improvement due to face to face contact.
I didn't selected BlueJeans, my company did. But after using it for 2 years, I would select it over others as it is easier to use.
