Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

It's being used internally with colleagues and externally with customers and partners, nationally and internationally.

Pros

  • Stability of connection.
  • Good app on mobile phone.
  • Easy to connect directly.

Cons

  • Setting up a conference call.
  • Adding email addresses to the conference call while setting it up (why isn't it possible to "cut and paste"?).
  • Money saved on travel.
  • Customer confidence improvement due to face to face contact.
I didn't selected BlueJeans, my company did. But after using it for 2 years, I would select it over others as it is easier to use.
For conference calls with multiple participants.
