Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is used across my sales team and their managers. We use it for regular meetings, training, one on one conversations, clients meetings, as well as recording for clients. It helps us connect with our customers one on one. From my role, it helps me keep my team engaged and make meetings more effective.
  • Easy room setup and joining
  • Love the fact I can have the same meeting ID for my meetings
  • Can join in seconds
  • Wish I could set another reoccurring meeting with another meeting ID.
  • For the large group meetings where it’s presentation mode for most, changing the waiting room music. I hate the current one every time I’m waiting for a meeting to start.
  • More face to face time yields trust with clients. The $150 a year I pay was easily made back in the first week in sales.
  • My team stayed connected and now getting back to more of a normal, my team is a top 5 in the country at my company because we were more prepared.
BlueJeans offers more security for sure! Also, it just looks better. I would even say BlueJeans is more user-friendly and has common-sense placement.
I mean, it’s suited for everything. Face-to-face is huge.

Anyone and everyone can use BlueJeans. I don’t know where it wouldn’t be appropriate.
