Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans as the preferred system for video confereing and audio conferencing for our internal and external meetings. Our company has presence in USA and India and multiple locations within each country. BlueJeans is convenient as it allows us to send out a calendar invite to our colleagues right from inside the app and also connect on any device they are on. Also it’s very easy to connect to the video conferencing in our conference rooms.
- Very easy to use on all device types (laptops, phones, and tablets)
- The interface is simple.
- I can send invites and schedule meetings from my phone.
- Would love a feature to have full screen view on phone
- Sometimes it takes more bandwidth than Zoom.
- They can simplify the UI within the meeting when it is in progress.
- Fewer back and forth emails as we can quickly get on a BlueJeans call
- Improved communications drastically during lockdowns
- We have a fixed meeting room ID (default) that we use for our routine meetings. The advantage is now even our vendors just email back saying BlueJeans at 9? And we get on the call. That’s convenience.
- Zoom and Cisco Webex Calling
Zoom is very user friendly on the mobile but it’s not ideal for use with conference rooms. Plus Zoom never felt as secure as BlueJeans. We’ve been on BlueJeans for over a year now.
Cisco Webex is too corporate-level and great for a company's in-room video conferencing but not the best mobile solution.
BlueJeans is the best of both worlds. It’s very secure, it’s very easy to use, and has apps/interface for all types of hardware.
