Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used across the whole organization. We use BlueJeans for group meetings and company-wide live events.

Pros and Cons

Easy to check headset.
Interface is easy to understand.
Link with Outlook to send each invite.

No "draw on screen" function for everyone. It is only available for the person who is sharing the screen.
Not reliable. Microphone and speaker tend to not work with wireless headset.
Background blurring function can use some improvement.

Return on Investment

It does not have good function for collaborative work.
Chat area can't not share small size files.
It saves time to attend meetings.

Performance

It is a good big event meeting software where one talks and thousands listen. It is not good for small collaborative work involving constant interaction.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack

BlueJeans is the bottom. Not a lot of people know BlueJeans. It confuses some of the outside vendors when we set meetings externally.

Big event meeting is a better use for BlueJeans. A small quick meeting where everyone needs to draw on one screen at the same time is not suitable for BlueJeans.
