Overall Satisfaction with Bonita BPM

Bonita BPM is used to provide tools and workflows for some of our procedures. It's been implemented across a few departments.

Pros

  • Build great work flow logic
  • Great API
  • Good customizations

Cons

  • Documentation
  • Implementation of variables and code
  • Product installation
Visual Studio.NET, NetBeans, SAP Crystal Reports
Sometimes it helps, but most of the times creates more problems than solutions.
