Hi David, I would like to thank you for sharing again your feedback about Bonita BPM. I know you are using our solution intensively, so it's always a pleasure to hear from you, and I'm happy to see that Bonita helped you improve your processes with automation. We are aware you've had performances issues and we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope that now, with the help of our support team, those issues are an old story. Here is some more information regarding Gmail authentication. Our solution has been designed to be open and flexible and let you implement any kind of authentication. For now, Gmail authentication is not provided simply because the demand for it is quite low. However, it can be implemented with the help of our Professional Services team, as we have already implemented it for another customer. I also see that you find the Portal isn't especially user friendly. I'm pleased to tell you that our Engineering team, with our customers and usability specialist, are working on a new version of the Portal task list, which makes it much easier and quicker for users to use it and perform tasks.
