Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core
We use it to track billable and overhead hours. This is how we track both what we will bill to a client and then in turn, what it is that each of us on the engineering team will be paid (project to project, and specifically in comparison to how many hours we have billed to a client versus to the overhead of the company).

If I were being asked why i give it a 10/10 rating, I suppose it would come down to one, and really honestly just the one single item: usability. I live a busy life, you know? When I need to get in to log my time I can do that extremely expediently. I like the program that I'm using if that makes sense.
Come to think of it, I've never even had to reach out to BQE Core support--which in and of itself, in my humble opinion, is just what so happens to merit my giving it a rating of ten out of ten on this review scale. See, if I had to reach out to support I might give it a lower score, but the program is so usable that I don't need to! Ha!
It is ideal for billable hours companies. It tracks progress extremely efficiently for a company that has multiple ongoing jobs concurrently, and a variety of employees who may just happen to be working on said jobs at once (or at different times during different days and weeks, month to month). This program is flawless.
