Overall Satisfaction with Breezy HR
We use Breezy HR for candidate tracking which helps consolidate all incoming resumes into one place for easy management. We are a small company but had a huge influx of candidates since we opened remote work as an option, it was necessary to track everyone with a professional tool.
- Kanban board style pipelines
- Email automation
- Team Scorecards and discussion
- Auto Resume parsing and importing
- Reliability. The site was completely down one day recently and slow to load on other days
- Refreshing pages manually on changes could be handled better
- Visibility on where free postings have been posted and their statuses
- Saved significant hours with what otherwise would have been manually management of lists and communication among hiring team
- Email templates seemed unnecessary at first but became very necessary once we reached critical mass
- Being able to send out tests to a group all at once by simply dragging them between a column saved time for many emails back and forth
Breezy HR is currently the best candidate tracking system I have seen out there at this price point.
